A macOS break reminder that defers to the work in progress.
Overview
Rested is a native menu bar application that prompts the user to rest their eyes and correct their posture, and then withdraws. It suspends itself automatically during meetings, screen sharing, fullscreen applications and media playback, so that it cannot interrupt at the moment an interruption would matter most.

Will Rested interrupt a call or a presentation?
No. It suspends itself while the microphone is in use, while the screen is being shared or recorded, in fullscreen applications and during media playback, and resumes afterwards.
