This page explains what massio.uk collects, which is very little, and what happens to anything you send us.

What this website collects

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no fonts, tracking pixels or third-party resources. Nothing about your visit is used to build a profile of you, here or anywhere else.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser user agent. These exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify individual visitors.

What happens when you email us

If you write to [email protected], we hold your message and your contact details for as long as it takes to answer you and, where it leads to work, for as long as our business relationship and our legal obligations require. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

The client portal

The MassIO portal at massio.uk/ui is a separate, password-protected application for existing clients and consultants. It processes timesheet, assignment and invoicing data under our engagement contracts, and a session cookie strictly necessary for signing in.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to our processing of it, or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the new version replaces this one on this page.
