Overview
ZoneFILES keeps the organisation's documents on its own server and syncs them to every device. Folders are shared within the team, links are sent to customers with an expiry or a password, and a document shared with a customer shows on that customer's record. One account per person, the same sign-in as the rest of the platform.

How do colleagues reach the files?
From the browser, from desktop sync clients on Mac and Windows, and from the mobile applications. A folder changed on one device is updated on the others.
Can files be shared with people outside the organisation?
Yes. A share link can be sent to a customer, with an expiry date and a password where needed, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
Where are the files stored?
On the organisation's own server, with the other Zone modules, and backed up nightly to storage the organisation controls.
