Overview
ZoneMEET is the video meeting module of the Zone platform. A member of staff starts a meeting with their company sign-in and shares a link; guests join from a browser with nothing to install and no account to create. Meetings run on a server the organisation owns, so conversations stay off third-party meeting services and there is no licence per host.

Questions about ZoneMEET
Do guests need an account or an application?
No. A guest opens the meeting link in a browser and joins. Only members of staff, signed in with their company account, can start a meeting, so a room cannot be opened by whoever happens to find its address.
Where do the meetings run?
On a server the organisation owns, in the cloud or on its own premises. Audio, video and chat are not routed through a third-party meeting service, and there is no charge per host or per seat.
What is ZoneMEET built on?
On Jitsi Meet, the established open-source video conferencing project, deployed and maintained by MassIO and joined to the same company sign-in as the rest of the Zone platform.
How does it work with the rest of the platform?
It shares the single sign-in used by ZoneCRM, ZoneCHAT and ZonePHONE, and a meeting is simply a link, so it can be placed in a calendar invitation, a message or a customer record.
