Chat
WhatsApp campaigns and a shared inbox, on the record.
Overview
Chat delivers template WhatsApp messages to a segmented audience through the Meta Cloud API and brings the replies back into a shared inbox, with every conversation filed on the customer record in the CRM. Delivery is queued and paced so that a campaign of any size completes without loss or duplication.

Questions about Chat
Does Chat use the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Messages are sent through the Meta Cloud API, the official WhatsApp Business Platform, using message templates approved by Meta. It does not automate a consumer WhatsApp account.
Which CRM does Chat work with?
It is a module of the Zone platform, so audiences and replies are on the same customer records as calls, mail and files. Audiences can also be drawn from HubSpot lists.
Is Chat available now?
Yes, as part of the Zone platform at zonecrm.io. Organisations can contact MassIO to discuss deployment and message template approval.
