Overview
ZoneMAIL gives the team IMAP and SMTP mailboxes on the organisation's own domain, with webmail behind the same company sign-in as the rest of the Zone platform. Any mail client works, the office signature is set once for everyone, and what was sent to a customer shows on that customer's record.

Does ZoneMAIL work with the mail apps we already use?
Yes. The mailboxes are standard IMAP and SMTP, so Apple Mail, Outlook, a phone's built-in client or any other mail application connects in the usual way. The webmail is there for anyone who prefers the browser.
How is the signature managed?
One template for the company. A colleague's name, title, email and telephone are filled in when their account is created, so every message leaving the organisation carries the same signature without anyone pasting it in.
Where does the mail live?
On the organisation's own server, with the other Zone modules, under a domain the organisation owns. Nothing is routed through a third-party mail service.
